Cascade Cryptex Puzzle Box

The Cascade Cryptex is a big puzzle box with over 8 billion possible combinations on the dials.

Made from maple wood this cryptex has seven rings each with all 26 letters of the alphabet on each. In order to open the box you must use the keyword to line up the pins correctly. Some cryptex feature all the internal slots in a row meaning it can be possible to solve by feel, however the Cascade Cryptex has varied slot locations making this impossible.

This box measures roughly 178 x 140 x 133mm and weighs over 1.2kg. The internal storage space is roughly 127 x 57 x 31mm.

The keyword for the cryptex comes preset and it is not possible to change this. Perhaps not a puzzle but it could be used as part of a larger puzzle if you were to set clues ending in the keyword being discovered and used.
