The Vanishing Line Illusion is an interesting piece with a mathematical basis for the explanation.
Two pieces of wood sit side by side with thirteen horizontal lines clearly visible. When you flip it upside down though now there are only 12 twelve lines visible. How can this be?
A fun illusion to try on friends and family.
The pieces are made from hardwood giving this a nice finish. Base measures 178 x 82.5 x 15mm.
