Delivery & Returns

We know you don’t want to be waiting a long time to get your puzzles so at Crux we ship all orders within 1 working day, often up until 3pm where possible and in the UK use First Class Post or a courier for larger items. If for any reason there will be a delay we will get in touch to let you know.

If you’d prefer to order and then pick up from our Edinburgh warehouse this is also possible, just select ‘Collect in Store’ on the checkout page.


UK Shipping

We’re now offering free shipping on orders over £20 and for orders below there is a flat rate cost of £3.95. We have options for delivery by either Royal Mail or DPD which you can choose at checkout. Both options should deliver orders the next working day but may take slightly longer in some cases.

International Shipping

EU Customer Notice – The United Kingdom has now left the EU. This means for customers within the EU you will no longer be charged 20% VAT on products but if you’re order is under 150 EUR we automatically calculate the import VAT and duty required and add that to your order. This means there will be nothing further to pay and your order will be delivered as normal. For larger orders we won’t charge any additional VAT or duty but this will be payable to the courier partner before delivery.

For our international customers we offer cheap airmail postage starting from just £8.95 worldwide. For tracked service or larger orders the price is slightly more.

We ship worldwide, choose your country in the checkout page and the available shipping options will become available.

The rough guide for shipping times is:
UK – 1-2 working days
Europe – 3-10 working days
Rest of World – 5-10 working days

International orders can sometimes take slightly longer for a number of reasons out of our control, if you are in a hurry for your items please get in touch before ordering.


If for any reason you change your mind about a purchase then we offer a 30 day return policy. We will give a full refund including any original shipping costs paid but the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If there is a manufacturing issue with your product while under normal use we will replace it for you. Depending on the product we may require it to be returned to us but will cover the shipping costs in this instance.
