Looking To Return An Order?

If you would like to return or exchange a puzzle you have ordered or received as a gift then you are welcome to do so up to 30 days from the order shipping.

Puzzles must be in 'as new' condition meaning unused and in original packaging. If you have any questions about your order please drop us an email.

For items being returned we are able to offer an exchange, refund or store credit.

Any items marked as final sale, or gift cards, are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
