Donjon Puzzle

Donjon is a tricky and attractive wooden packing puzzle designed by Lucie Pawels and crafted by Pelikan.

The aim is to fit eight darker Wenge pieces into the box to form a 3x3x3 cube. This seems like a relatively simple challenge and there are 213 ways to arrange the cube. The problem lies in the entrance to the box is covered by the lighter Ash cross on top. This means you have to work each piece in through a very limited gap so the pieces have to be placed in the correct order and require twists and moves to align everything.

To solve the Donjon puzzle requires a minimum of 31 moves and is going to be a real challenge to solve!

The final piece to place in is a locking key and once placed it holds everything in so the pieces won't fall out.
