Japanese Puzzle Box - 3 Sun Cube 14 Steps - Ichimatsu

This a really nice and slightly unusual Japanese puzzle box. It is 3 Sun in size but rather than the normal shape this is  a cube.

Each panel has Ichimatsu marquetry which gives it a very attractive look and in order to open the box there are 14 steps. Inside is a nice storage space that could be sued for a note or small valuables.

Comes with a presentation box and the solution provided.
