Japanese Puzzle Box - 5 Sun 14 Steps - Yosegi/ Ichimatsu

This is lovely, larger sized 5 Sun, traditional Japanese puzzle box that has 14 steps required in order to open it.

The top panel of the box features beautiful Yosegi woodwork where different coloured natural woods are combined to form a patterned veneer. The sides of the box have chequered Ichimatsu panels while the underneath is a plain wood. All in all it makes for a really attractive traditional style of Japanese puzzle box.

Once you have solved the box and opened it up there is a nice sized storage space on the inside.

It comes in a nice presentation box and the solution is included.
